* If you wish to have your order delivered from Tuesday to Friday, please place your order before 13:00 of the previous day.
* To keep the maximum freshness of our produce, for the time being we will not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays nor Mondays. This is how we can guarantee that the produce has been collected from the tree the day before its delivery.
* For your own convenience, you can make a forecast in advance, letting us know the time and place of delivery.
* We cannot collect the produce on rainy days. Should this happen, we will let you know and orders will be delayed until the weather allows it.
* Our delivery service covers only the Spanish peninsular territory.
RETURNS GUARANTEE:Once you receive your order, you must check the condition of the produce at the time of delivery. If you find any damage or are not satisfied with the order, the produce will be taken away by the carrier at no cost.
You must let us know the incident by sending an e-mail topedidos@naranjasmonros.esand we will send you another one later on, if you wish.
Since our produce is perishable, we cannot accept any later returns.
